Frame:Only frame lines visible on verso where one horizontal above top line, one below bottom line and one marking bottom 7 lines, stanza, from others above it; possibly lighter markers between each stanza; brownish-purple ?crayon? Plummet?

Flourished Initials:Initials on each line are touched with red; ascender of first letter of first word on verso has pine-cone designs in same colour as ink.
Other Names (not owners):17-19 c. hand in right margin of recto, 'About a King's Coronation Oath' and below by same hand, 'This Fragment I had of Mr. Bagford'.
