single compartment 'a' used throughout.

single compartment 'd' is used throughout. The curving down-stroke sometimes has an overhand beyond the lobe.

most of the scribe's 'y's are like this one with a fine, straight stroke for the tail descending at a forty-five degree angle.

in initial position, the 'y' is more conventional with thicker tail-stroke turning counter-clockwise.
 
Thorn and Yogh
Usage: þe
thorn is only used for the definite article and pronouns. The lobe is quite large.

yogh seems to be used only as equivalent of the plural 'tz' plural ending.
