almost all lower case 'a's in this oath are the secretary form of 'a'.

there are about half a dozen examples of double compartment anglicana 'a' in Pinkhurst's oath.

the second 'a' in Pinkhurst's name at the side of his oath.

Adam's name on the top line of the oath. The 'k' and 'h' are typical of Adam's treatment of ascenders on the top line of text. His mark is attached to the descending head-stroke of 'h'.

long 'r' is used in all positions in this oath. It alternates with modern 'r' as in version 2.
Usage: Iuramentum
modern 'r' is also used in all positions.
Usage: corporale
typical of Adam's hand, 'z'-shaped 'r' is sometimes seen with descending stroke from the left corner of the letter, or it may be copied without the addition of the stroke. Both may be seen in this example.

a flourish on 'r' in final position is found frequently in Adam's literary output.

sigma 's' used both at the beginning and ends of words.

kidney-shaped 's' used occasionally in final position.

the only other 'y' in the oath, also in Pynkhurst's name, is found at the left of the oath and given slightly more elaborate treatment.
    
 
Pynkhurst characteristics

the upper case 'A' at the beginning of his name within the oath itself. The typical Pinkhurst mark is attached to the top of the letter.

the elaborate 'A' of Adam set to the left of the oath and typifying many of the characteristic features of Pynhurst's hand. The 'barbed wire' decoration is there, the parallel decorative lines and the Pynkhurst 'signature' at the top of the letter.

the decoration rising from the top of the first letter 'E' of the oath.
Usage: Scriptor
on the top line of the oath the upper case 'S' with decorated rising ascender is familiar from both the Hengwrt and Ellesmere Chaucers.
