Usage: armes
square-shaped single compartment 'a'.
Usage: Bellona
'a' in final position with horned head.
Usage: At
upper case 'A' with horizontal spread to the lower lobe and a loop at the head.

Usage: drede
a neatly-formed looped 'd' graph.
Usage: Honured
'd' in final position frequently has an exaggerated downward flourish.
Usage: and
the scribe also uses unlooped 'd' .
Usage: Devoured
although not at the beginning of a line, this is the scribe's upper case 'D'.
 
G
Usage: god
secretary tailed 'g' with horizontal stroke across the head.
Usage: nogh
sometimes the tail of 'g' curves back to the right. This is almost always the case in the 'gh' or 'ght' combination.

occasionally the tail of 'g' is very short indeed.

limb and tail-stroke of 'h' either neatly tucked away as here or turning counter-clockwise as in version 2.

a 6-shaped 's' is used in final position.

Usage: which
'w' usually comprises two angled arms with single lobe to the right. Occasionally there is a short looping approach stroke.

the scribe does have this variation with the two arms looped at the head.
Usage: Within
yet another variation with the two arms billowing outwards to the left before curling back to close at the head. There is a B-shaped element to the right.
 
Y
Usage: my
the tail of 'y' presents in a variety of ways. Here the tail descends at a 45 degree angle and there is no return.
Usage: fyre
a wide curve on the tail of this 'y'.
Usage: guy
the tail of 'y' looped back up over the body of the letter.
Usage: Yong
in initial position in the line.
 
Thorn
Usage: þe
the stem of thorn is a thick stroke.
Usage: þt
the 't' of the superscript letter sits over the v-shaped space between stem and the beginning of the lobe.
