Signatures:Some signatures survive, roman numerals then letter of quire (so backwards to usual sequence), small black ink eg iij c on f11, iiij c on f12; but in other order also eg 'e ii' on f26, 'e iii' on f27, 'g I' on f39 also another rubric foliation in extreme lower right corners, eg '16' on f12.
Catchwords:Usual place, by scribe, into gutter, no embellishment.

Frame:2 x vertical, 4 x horizontal enclosing top and bottom lines, ruled within (note ruled for large size lettering 6-7 mm and is quite large); no pricking survives.

Borders:f28 has full bar border in same shades as illuminated initial with bosses at corners; so also f30v ('Now gracious Prince ageine''). On f44v a bar border on left side and sprays of opposing tiny green leaves and flowers/leaves of blue, rose, white across top and bottom margins.
Illuminated Initials:Acephalous but f28 at beginning of main part after prologue (' My noble and mighti prince excellent'') has 6-line illuminated initial in gold, blue, rose and white. Others (eg f44v) 6-line blue and rose with white highlights on gold ground. On ff77v, 80v) 5-line gold initial on parti-colored blue and rose ground with white highlighting, sprays with opposing tiny green leaves.
Paragraph Marks:Each stanza of text preceded by alternating blue or gold paraph, with red or dark blue pen flourishing.
