single compartment 'a' is used throughout on this folio with little variation in shape.

the scribe always uses looped 'd' although he uses other graphs which are secretary in style.

'g' with typical tag on the top right side of the lower lobe. The lower compartment is much larger than the upper compartment.

a distinctive feature of the Hammond Scribe's hand is the extended head-stroke of long 's'. It frequently arches above several graphs, sometimes above several words.
