Pagination:Modern pencil foliation bottom right corners; another contemporary pencil began upper right corners, only to f7; also same pencil at bottom right notes cross at centres of quires (on recto of first folio of second half) and numbers quires on recto of first folio of each quire, all in lower margin, right, immediately to left of folio numbers.

Catchwords:Most cropped but one on 15v.
Page Size:195 x 130 severely cropped, sometimes with loss of text at top and outer margin.
Frame:Simple square, fine grey-brown lines, not ruled; no pricking survives.
Writing Space:188 x 113 max.
Index:Index of places by portion of globe (Europe, Asia, etc.) by contemporary hand ff. 82v-84; another for Alexandria (perhaps intended to continue to all place names?) started by another contemporary hand, ff. 86v-87.
Marginal Headings:Treated as text, so have red enlarged upper case letters but rest just runs as if text, e.g., 'Now have I told you a party...'
Paragraph Marks:Red paraphs and red tipping of every upper case letter. Some red underlining (eg of Latin).
Flourished Initials:4-line plain red lombard initials with no flourishing.
Other Names (not owners):f. 2 (originally blank), 'Astra tenet cum.../ Roger Austyn.... vbi amor...'.
