looped and unlooped 'd' are both in the scribe's repertoire . The lobe of 'd' often appears triangular.

'd' in final position with descending tag as a continuation of the upper loop.

tailed 'g' with counter-clockwise flick of the tail.

the cross-stroke at the head of 'g' continues horizontally before the scribe adds the abbreviative sign for the plural.

a neatly contained 'h' graph.

'gh' combination with crossed 'h'.

modern 'r' is used in all positions.
Usage: right
'z'-shaped 'r' in initial position.

'r' graph overshadowed by the elaborate rising flourish which probably represents a missing final 'e'.

kidney-shaped 's' always used as final 's' on the sample folios.

long 's' used initially and medially. The stem of the graph is thick in the middle and tapers at head and foot.

the graph may appear with or without an approach stroke.

nearly all 'w's on f73v are of this looped anglicana type, whereas the graph seen in versions 1 and 2 were most represented on f68. Both styles are used as upper case letters also.
