Title by Scribe:On f1r in top margin, a scribal heading 'Hoccleue de Regimine Principum', introduced by the same kind of red paraph and underlined.
Flourished Initials:2-line blue lombard initial with red penwork flourishing; red highlighting initial letter each stanza; Latin glosses introduced by red paraph and red underline; vertical stroke of paraph extended to run length of gloss.
Other Names (not owners):No names; weather, earthquake and comet notes for years 1569-1580 on f97r suggest northern ownership in those years (snow in April, interest in doings of Earl of Northumberland, Westmoreland, etc.)
