No of Folios:Fragment: two leaves
Page Size:f1 now 250 x 275; f2, 325 x 285; originally leaves were at least 360 x 290.
Frame:4 x vertical enclosing two columns; only one horizontal below last line survives--neither fragment includes top line on page; fine brown lines, probably ink, no pricking survives.
Writing Space:290 x 85 + 20 + 85 = 290 x 190
Marginal Headings:Rubric, by scribe, in spaces left between lines of text for them.
Illuminated Initials:3-line illuminated gold lombard initials on parti-coloured blue and rose ground which follows shape of letter to some extent, with white highlighting, and black-stemmed sprays of green leaf-buds, gold wheat heads and gold trefoils.
Paragraph Marks:Alternating blue and red paraphs, the blue with red penwork and the red with brown penwork forming square around paraph. Rubric headings are preceded by blue paraphs with red penwork; text-ink notes as to chapter in margins also preceded by paraphs with penwork alternating as in text.
